This website offers visitors comprehensive and structured language learning courses crafted by us. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Important notice: Beginner's Spanish free trial and paid plan are currently unavailable via smartphone or tablet. Laptop/desktop is required for course access.

fluencyfocus language courses consist of a single stated upfront purchase valid until cancellation. A free trial is offered should the customer wish to sample courses before payment. Payments for full courses are fully upfront and currently non-refundable. Should you wish to take up a complaint over the services we provide you can contact us via email fluencyfocusuk@gmail.com and we will be diligent in resolving your issue.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 

The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.
